You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit and that your fruit should abide, so that whatever you ask the Father in my name, he may give it to you.John 15:16
Doctrinal purity and loyalty can never be a substitute for love.George Ladd
I wish we said “fancy” in America. As in, “I fancy you.” It’s such a more agreeable term than “I have a crush on you.” What’s a crush? Like, I AM A BOA CONSTRICTOR AND I AM GOING TO IMMOBILIZE YOU WITH MY MISPLACED AND OBSESSIVE AFFECTION. “I fancy you” is like, you’re so shiny and glittery and I just want to put you on a shelf and look at you for a while ‘cause you’re fancy.

God is teaching me so much about how small my view of His love is and how little I actually trust Him.
Would you drop everything and just go? Just go and trust that My will will be done? That I do love you beyond any measure you can comprehend and have plans to use you for my glory?
I want to have a Plan B, C, and D. God literally has me in a position where everything is out of my hands. Plan A: God. No back-ups. It’s challenging, and I can’t even trust God from my own willpower.
Thank you Jesus for being bigger and changing my heart. Teach me to trust. Remind me of your love.
For if we live, we live to the Lord, and if we die, we die to the Lord. So then, whether we live or whether we die, we are the Lord’s.Romans 14:8
